RG Marketing Group ("RG Marketing Group," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit rgmarketinggroup.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the Site:
- Information you give us. When you submit a contact or inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you're interested in, and any message you send.
- Website Audit tool. When you run a site through our free website audit, we receive the web address you enter and the results of that scan. We are notified of every audit that runs, including the address scanned and its scores, even if you never give us your contact details. We use this to understand what the tool is being used for and to follow up only when you ask us to. If you choose to send us your report, we also receive the email address, name (if given), and message you provide with it. Please only submit addresses for sites you own or are authorized to test.
- Technical information. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard request data — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to serve the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Usage information. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Site is used, including pages visited, referring site, approximate location, browser, and device type. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to keep the Site working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still function without them.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To follow up about a project, proposal, or ongoing work.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To protect against spam and abuse (for example, bot verification on our forms and on the audit tool).
- To run the website audit you requested and, if you ask us to, to review your results and reply.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Form processing. Form submissions are delivered to us via Google services (such as Google Sheets and Apps Script).
- Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify that form submissions are from real people.
- Hosting. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data to deliver pages and block malicious traffic.
- Website audits. To produce your audit, the address you enter is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API, which loads the page and returns its performance data. We also request the page ourselves to read its public markup. We do not send Google your name, email address, or any other personal detail.
- Analytics. Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) help us understand Site usage in aggregate.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymize it. Audit records — the address scanned and its results — are kept alongside our inquiry records and are subject to the same deletion request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices" below).
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing rgmarketinggroup01@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites (including our portfolio clients). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
